Instituto de Desarrollo Energ\u00eda y Ambiente is a civil association and authorized donee, with its fiscal and operational offices located at Calle Miguel Laurent 70, Tlacoquemecatl del Valle, Benito Ju\u00e1rez, Mexico City, C.P. 03200, Tel. +52 (55) 5335 1282. It is responsible for collecting your personal data, its use and storage, and ensuring its protection.<\/span><\/h5>\n
Regarding your personal information\u2014provided directly and personally, whether verbally or in writing, by email or correspondence, business cards, contact or personal data forms, or collected through our website or other means\u2014we follow the principles required by current legislation: lawfulness, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, confidentiality, security, proportionality, and accountability.<\/span><\/h5>\n
Purposes of Processing Personal Data<\/span><\/h5>\n
The personal data obtained, stored, and used by IDEA is voluntarily provided by you for the following purposes:<\/span><\/h5>\n
(a) To maintain an up-to-date record of IDEA\u2019s donors, collaborators, clients, and suppliers;<\/span><\/h5>\n
(b) To fulfill obligations with our donors, clients, suppliers, and government authorities in accordance with applicable law.<\/span><\/h5>\n

To achieve the objectives mentioned above, we may collect your personal data in various ways. We typically collect your data when you provide it directly (through our staff or via our website). Occasionally, we collect your data indirectly through other sources permitted by law.<\/span><\/h5>\n
We collect your data directly when you provide it personally, electronically, or via our website, or when we enter into an agreement or contract with you. The personal data we collect may include:\n(i) name, corporate or business name;\n(ii) address;\n(iii) company and position held;\n(iv) phone number;\n(v) email address; and\n(vi) if necessary, academic data such as educational background, degrees, and professional licenses, which will be subject to controlled processing.<\/span><\/h5>\n
We may also collect financial or asset-related data, as defined by law, including:\n(i) bank account types and numbers;\n(ii) tax receipts;\n(iii) Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) number; and\n(iv) social security number.<\/span><\/h5>\n

If IDEA collects sensitive personal data (such as racial or ethnic origin, present or future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical, or moral beliefs, union affiliation, political opinions, or sexual preferences), it will be processed only for the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice.<\/span><\/h5>\n
Collected personal data will form part of a database that will remain active as long as IDEA exists or for the time necessary to fulfill the stated purpose. We will adopt all administrative, physical, and technical security measures as established by the Law to safeguard your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized access or processing.<\/span><\/h5>\n

You have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose its processing or revoke the consent you have granted. This can be done through the procedure we have implemented.<\/span><\/h5>\n

We will respond to your request within 20 business days from the date of receipt and inform you of its outcome through the same channel used to submit the request.<\/span><\/h5>\n

IDEA reserves the right to share your personal data with its employees and processors who will handle your information on behalf of IDEA exclusively.<\/span><\/h5>\n
